If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear video proof of the unboxing, including the shipping label, for us to process your request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests without this evidence.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough quality audit. If the product or packaging is found to be altered, used, or not in its original condition, the return or exchange request will be rejected.
