Customized Jewelry 

All personalised jewellery is made to order. Once you place your order, it typically takes us about 5 working days to prepare the jewellery, conduct quality checks, and get it ready for dispatch. Delivery usually takes an additional 5-7 working days. Therefore, the overall delivery time for a personalised jewellery order is approximately 12 working days.

All personalised jewellery orders are custom-made, meaning we create each piece from scratch upon receiving your order. Additionally, each order undergoes a thorough 3-step quality control process to ensure the highest standards are met before it reaches you. As a result, it typically takes us about 5 working days to prepare your jewellery.



Once your order is ready, delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.

Yes, our Warranty Policy is applicable even on your Personalized Orders. In case of plating fading away, we will help you with replacement of the jewellery piece!

You cannot return your personalized jewelry order because it is crafted based on the details provided by you. We offer replacements for personalized jewelry only if the order is received damaged, if the product you received is not what you ordered, or if there is a plating defect.

We make our jewellery with a lot of love and care. It is important to take care of your jewellery so that it retains its shine for a long time. Our jewellery is coated with rhodium which protects it from tarnishing or turning black and ensures long-lasting brilliance Given below are a few caring tips to ensure proper care of your jewellery: Store in a Plastic zip lock bag if not in use for an extended amount of time Keep away from Perfumes, Soaps, Extreme temperatures,s or anything acidic Keep safe from impact: Like all jewellery, our jewellery is a delicate creation and any physical impact can result in damaging/breaking the jewellery so please keep it safe from impact and do not pull or use any tools on the jewellery Re-polishing: We hope that you do not need to re-polish your jewellery. But in case you do, please contact us or your local jeweller and get it re-polished

We take utmost care to ensure the images on our website are representative of how our jewellery looks. However, some designs may look slightly different on account of lighting. Our jewellery is made of 925 Silver which is the purest form of jewellery grade silver used to make jewellery worldwide. Every piece of jewellery comes with a 925 stamp and an authenticity certificate, so you can be assured that you're buying a high-quality product

Our jewellery products come with a limited 6-month warranty. While we provide the best quality plating in the industry it is possible that, on rare occasions, the plating might wear off. To extend the life of the plating, we recommend recommend that you follow the care instructions. However, even after following jewellery care instructions, in case you still face issues with plating, you can opt for the JELUXA plating warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover cases of damage, theft, or any physical damage incurred on account of use. Any manufacturing defects are covered under the 30-day return policy and should be informed within the return window. Physical damage beyond the 30 day return window will not be covered under the warranty. For more details around the Plating Warranty, please check detailed terms and conditions here.

Payment 

We accept all major cards, UPI’s, and other payment methods.

You should receive an order and payment confirmation via email and text message within 5-30 minutes of completing your payment. In rare cases, your order may not get synced immediately. In these cases, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation. However, if you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, it is possible that your order might not have been created on account of a technical issue either at our end or at the payment gateway's end. In such cases, please do not worry, do connect with our customer support team via chat at http://wa.me/918949975199 and provide them the details of your payment and we will do our best to assist you further!

You can choose COD option on orders upto Rs. 5000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment!

In case of prepaid order, you can avail the refund either in your JELUXA Wallet or to the source account. Please note in case of COD orders you can avail the refund either in JELUXA Wallet or in any bank account of your choice, we will be reaching out to take this input from you!

All refunds are initiated from our side within 48 working hours of us receiving your product in the warehouse. If you had placed a COD order, you will receive a RazorPay Payout link for your inputs and the amount will be credited within 24 working hours in the account once your input is received. If you had placed a prepaid order, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days of refund initiation.

Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery 

We usually ship out orders in 8-10 working days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a email from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. In addition, Our team will provide you with the tracking ID and tracking link via WhatsApp, through which you can also track your order.

We work only with leading shipping partners in India to assure that your delivery experience is great! Our courier partner will send a text message once your jewellery is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.

We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service. Please also note that our delivery partners are unable to deliver on Sundays.

We usually ship out orders in 8-10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via mail with details of shipping partner and tracking ID. All orders placed on JELUXA are shipped through leading logistics partners in India as well as abroad. This helps us ensure smooth and timely delivery of your favourite jewellery

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For cash on delivery orders, we charge a fee of Rs. 200. For deliveries outside India, we charge a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 1499 per order. Please note that this is only an estimate.

We usually ship out orders in 5 to 6 working days. You will receive a tracking link (via email) once the order has been dispatched.

Yes, we deliver to almost all Pin-Codes Pan India.

Return, Replacement & Exchange 

In case you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will review that and then only it will be elegible to return or refund otherwise there is no return and exchange policy.

No, you can't return the product as it is made on order. We have no return policy if you didn't like the product.

No, in this case we can't provide you Return, Replace or Exchange any item.

Return policy is applicable to only those products that has manufacturing defect, plating issue, or delivered damage product and we want proper unboxing video in case you want refund or replacement of any product, then team will review that and proceed the refund in gift card form.

In case of COD orders, refund will be initiated only when any customer receive damage jewellery. Note that refund will be initiated only when customer has proper unboxing video of there order. The order amount will be credited in the form of Gift Card, you will be receive the mail when our team generate your gift card. You can claim your gift card within a year from the date of purchase.

There is no return policy, for COD as well as prepaid orders because we made the jewellery on order. We allow return only in case of our fault like delivered damage product or plating issue. If you are eligible for refund then we will generate your unique gift card that you can claim it within a year from the date of purchase. Whenever your gift card generates you will receive mail from our team. In that mail you will see a code that you have to copy and paste it on the gift card box at the checkout page.

Cancelations & Modifications

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the purchase time. To cancel your order call us at +91- 8949975199 Mon-Sat (10am-7pm) or emailing us at jeluxajewels@gmail.com

If you've placed your order by mistake you can cancel your order by call us or WhatsApp us. However, please note the cancellation window is open only till your order is processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that.

Once you have made the payment, please allow upto 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email/text message. In case you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours please reach out to us through Call/Email/Chat and we will assist you further. In the event that amount has been debited and we have received it we will manually create your order and ship it out. If the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically return the amount to your original payment source in 7-10 working days.

Absolutely not! All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes. Shipping is free! What you see on the website is what you pay. In case you are asked to pay anything extra, please report to us ASAP and we will do our best to help you!
