1.The products are shipped using the services of our courier partners.The estimated delivery of customized products is 8-10 days. Your gift may be delivered prior or the chosen date of delivery.


2. Our courier partners will call prior to delivering an order, so we request you to please accept the call so that your order will be delivered on time.


3. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse.


4. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number on your mail id that will help you trace your order.


5. Customized products will not be returned or refunded untill or unless mistakes are made by our team if it is ready-made product that can be returned and refunded.


6. Within 24 hours of placing your order you are able to cancel it by calling our customer services at +91- 8949975199 Mon-Sat (10am-7pm) or emailing us at info@julexa.com.


7. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will help you trace your jewellery.


8. Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address.


9. We are providing Free Delivery For All the Products All Over India.


10. The product will be Hand Delivered to your doorstep.


11. The Product image/Design displayed is indicative in nature.


12. No deliveries are made on Sundays and National Holidays.


13. Orders on Cash on delivery charges are ₹200, prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping.
