All personalised jewellery is made to order. Once you place your order, it typically takes us about 5 working days to prepare the jewellery, conduct quality checks, and get it ready for dispatch. Delivery usually takes an additional 5-7 working days. Therefore, the overall delivery time for a personalised jewellery order is approximately 12 working days.

Can I Cancel My Personalized Jewelry Order?

As our personalised jewellery is made to order based on your specific requirements, cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, and before our team begins processing it. Once production has started, we are unable to reverse the process.

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend that you carefully review your order, including the finish, spelling, and character case, before confirming your purchase.
